Which agencies does DTSMS support?
DTSMS supports random testing pool management under FMCSA, FAA, FTA, FRA and PHMSA program rules. See the dedicated compliance pages for how each agency's requirements map to specific features.
How does DTSMS keep the random selection process defensible?
Selections are run by exact count or percentage from the eligible pool, kept separate from non-random test reasons, and logged with a timestamped record of who ran the selection and when. 49 CFR § 382.305
Can DTSMS manage more than one company or agency?
Yes. DTSMS supports multiple companies, agencies or groups within one environment, with role-based access controlling who can view or change data for each.
How do I import employee records?
DTSMS imports from common file formats with column mapping, so existing employee lists don't need to be re-entered by hand. Support can walk through your specific file layout if you run into an edge case.
What happens to our data if we stop using DTSMS?

Do you offer pricing for a single small pool versus a multi-agency setup?
